The Eurostep loft ladder provides a practical solution for a wide range of situations, both in residential and commercial settings. The steel hatch box and folding ladder offer 30 minutes fire resistance ( EI230 ) and a heavy duty load rating of 250kg per tread. In addition, it provides good thermal insulation and an airtight seal. The Eurostep also benefits from large treads (360 mm wide by 120 mm deep) for safety and comfort.
